The main goal of this project is to create visually appealing designs and animations
for stations, elevating the user experience and maintaining brand consistency across
all locations. The focus is on developing engaging looping screensaver videos to
capture customers' attention and provide guidance on station usage.
The project encompasses three key stations. The Interactive Catalogue Station is designed to present the catalog in a more
captivating way, highlighting featured products to capture customer interest.
The 360° Rotating Product Station offers an interactive and immersive product
exploration, allowing users to view items from all angles with emphasized features.
The Touchscreen Ordering Station is tailored for seamless apparel selection and
mix-and-match functionality for both genders, featuring a fashion-oriented
screensaver. Additionally, this station streamlines the purchasing process
with the inclusion of receipt printing. To enhance brand visibility, a
promotional video will be crafted for dissemination both within and outside
the store.
The complete project journey was captured and condensed into a brief video, featuring screen recordings that showcase various screens from the stations. This video serves as an excellent summary, providing a comprehensive overview of the entire project.
WildPulse Outdoors, a renowned outdoor apparel and gear brand, is spread across Canada, dedicated to enhancing the overall outdoor
experience. The brand embraces the idea of venturing off the beaten path and embarking on adventurous journeys. The very name, WildPulse,
resonates with individuals who are enthusiastic about exploring the wild and always thrilled to engage in adventurous activities, embodying a
pulsating sense of wilderness.
WildPulse Outdoors caters to a target demographic of free-spirited individuals aged 20 to 40 years. These outdoor enthusiasts revel in
activities like hiking, walking, biking, and camping whenever they can throughout the week, driven by their passion for the wild and adventure, making every heartbeat resonate with the call of the wilderness.
Once branding is complete, we apply the design to a wide range of products and apparel, from t-shirts to accessories, ensuring consistency for brand recognition among our target audience.

As the UI designer for this project, I played a pivotal role in creating captivating visual
layouts that seamlessly integrated with the brand's identity. I meticulously crafted the user
interface for each station, ensuring intuitive navigation and consistency across all touchpoints.
Leveraging my expertise, I coded the functionality within the provided framework, optimizing the
user experience for effortless interaction.
Moreover, I took charge of capturing high-quality product photos, ensuring that each item was
showcased in its best light. My proficiency in motion graphics enabled me to produce dynamic
videos that not only captured customers' attention but also conveyed essential information
effectively. Additionally, I utilized GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform) to add fluidity
and polish to the animations, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the interactive elements.
The design of the Retain Installation begins with sketching, where I draw out creative concepts for Interactive Catalogue Station,360° Rotating Product and Touchscreen Ordering Stations. These sketches undergo collaborative refinement to finalize layouts, ensuring an optimal arrangement of interactive features. Careful consideration is given to material and color selection to align with the brand's aesthetic. This hands-on design process ensures a visually appealing and functional experience for customers, encouraging efficient transactions and engaging product exploration.
